- STEP 1: Creating the Wheels for the Tricycle Diaper Cake The wheels are the key structural support for this component, so you want to make sure that all three of them are strong by following this four-step procedure.
- To begin, place one or two paper towel rolls or one or two toilet paper rolls in the center of your baking pan (the roll will help keep a perfect circle in the center of the wheel which is needed once you begin assembly).
