- 1 1/2 cups prepared buttercream frosting
- 2 or 3 drops blue gel food coloring
- 1/4 cup sprinkles (one tablespoon reserved for the top)

- Pour the heavy cream and milk into a 2-quart saucepan and cook over medium heat until the sugar has fully dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
