    14th of February, 2022 However, despite the fact that I am neither vegan or dairy free, I decided to give them a try because I enjoy sampling any individually wrapped delicacies.Obviously, you won’t get the same exact texture and flavor as a classic cheesecake, but I was really satisfied with the results of these.What I like most to do with them is to whip up a quick berry compote to serve on top of the baked goods.

    I simply cooked blueberries or raspberries (or both) in a small saucepan on the stovetop for 15 – 20 minutes, then poured the mixture over one of these little cheesecakes *chef’s kiss* and set aside.Very well done.

    I’m a tremendous fan of bagels and cream cheese and could eat them every day.Anyone who knows me will confirm that I’ve eaten cream cheese with some form of bread item (baguette, toast, English muffin) practically every single morning for the past 20 years or more.I’m not exaggerating!

    My veganism lasted a few years throughout my teenage years, during which time I relied on Tofutti brand cream cheese because it was the only sort available at the time (that I could find).Despite the fact that it does not taste anything like the Philadelphia brand cream cheese cubes that were always my favorite, it has its own distinct flavor that I have come to like.As soon as I made the decision to go vegan again a few years ago (this time for good), I set out on a mission to try every every variety of vegan cream cheese I could get my hands on.I’ve also experimented with a number of vegan cream cheese recipes.
